“I'm a general shoe fan, and I've been collecting limited edition shoes since I was a kid. However, the price of limited edition shoes discourages me, and when I see my favorite style but am turned away because of my budget, I feel that sense of loss. I know that there are many others like me who love trends but can't afford the sky-high expenses.”
2. First attempts and twists
“Later on, I realized that there were some shoes on the market that were well-made but affordable. I started trying to buy some 'off-brand' shoes for my friends, and they all ended up liking them so much that they even said, 'Not only do they look the same, but they're comfortable to wear, too!' This made me realize that maybe I can help more people find shoes they like, save unnecessary expenses, and still be able to pursue trends.”
3. Delivering Values
“For me, it's not just about selling shoes, it's about helping customers find a balance: expressing their style without having to pay for an expensive brand premium. I always stick to three things: quality, price and service. Every pair of shoes is rigorously inspected before shipment to ensure that the shoes satisfy customers both in terms of appearance and comfort.”
4. Service first, building trust
“I know that trust is the hardest thing to build. Therefore, from the very beginning, I decided that each customer's experience should come first. If there are any issues, such as the wrong size or a product that doesn't meet expectations, I'll be the first to address them and even offer an exchange or refund. It's this kind of commitment that has allowed my little store to grow from a nameless 'hobby' to what it is today.”

“I'm not just a shoe seller, I'm also a listener. I often talk to my customers about their needs and expectations, which has taught me a lot. Whenever I hear 'Thank you, these shoes make my childhood dream come true', I feel that all the efforts are worthwhile.”
